Cohort Training
Eight-week technology training cohorts for career changers.
Small groups work through certification preparation with a readiness assessment at the start, so each person begins on the path that fits. We are building our first cohorts now. Funding options, start dates, and cost are still being confirmed with our workforce partners, so we do not list them here yet.

A clear path from first interest to a job.
Foundations
Digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and technology career orientation — for adults with no prior technology background, with middle and high school programs in development.
Assessment
Structured readiness assessment through the CareerPath portal — identifying strengths, gaps, and the right technology track for each individual.
Skill Development
Role-specific learning tracks in cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT support, networking, and technology governance — built around industry certifications and employer expectations.
Certification
Preparation for entry-level and mid-level certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and role-specific credentials.
Employment
Career coaching, resume development, and interview preparation. Partnerships with local employers and universities for hands-on apprenticeship and internship experience are in development.
