A CareerPath readiness assessment at the start shows strengths, gaps, and the technology track that fits. People review the scoring; it is not an automated decision.
Learn
Self-paced learning on the TimsPro platform over eight weeks, with technology directors available for guidance. AI-assisted study support is being introduced under human review.
Certify
Preparation for entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+, chosen to match the track from the assessment.
Move On
Career coaching, resume development, and interview preparation. CareerPath is a readiness and pathway platform, not a placement service, and we do not promise jobs or wages.
